This stage exists so that everything recommended afterwards is grounded in your life, not a template solution retrofitted to it.

This is the strategic core of the engagement. Building on what we've learned at the discovery stage, we produce a comprehensive whole-home technology strategy - a single reference document that sets out what's needed, in what sequence, and why. It identifies what's essential from day one, what infrastructure decisions can't easily be reversed once walls close, and what to prepare for now even if it isn't implemented immediately. Rather than making equipment decisions in isolation as a project progresses, you get one coherent plan that every subsequent stage - and every contractor on site - works from.

Contractor & Trade Coordination

Once a strategy is set, it must survive contact with a building site. We liaise directly with architects, electrical engineers, AV contractors, and other specialists throughout the build to make sure the technology strategy is delivered as specified - catching the small decisions on-site that, left unchecked, quietly undo careful planning.

Commissioning Oversight & Handover

Before we consider a project finished, we make sure the completed environment performs to the standard the strategy set out to achieve - not just that the equipment is switched on. Handover includes full instruction, so you and your household are genuinely comfortable running the system from day one, not learning it as you go.

An ongoing relationship, not a one-off transaction.
